Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Member", or "Player") and tk17 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing all access to and use of the services offered at tk17.io. The services encompassed by this Agreement include, but are not limited to, sports betting, online casino gaming, live dealer games, crash games, promotional offers, and all associated account, deposit, and withdrawal functionalities.

By completing the registration process, clicking any acceptance checkbox, depositing funds, or placing a wager on tk17, you conclusively confirm that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand each of its provisions, and that you agree to be legally bound by its terms. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform and close your account.

tk17 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any portion of this Agreement at any time in accordance with Section 13 (Amendments). Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of the tk17 platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility criteria. You must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. tk17 does not permit access to any person under the age of 21, without exception.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of tk17 or any of its affiliated game providers, payment partners, or service vendors.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order issued by tk17 or any other regulated gambling platform.

tk17 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account restriction or permanent closure.

Account Registration

To access the full range of tk17 services, you must complete the registration process and create a personal account. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active tk17 account at any given time. Duplicate accounts, whether created using different email addresses, different device identifiers, or different payment methods, are strictly prohibited. tk17 uses automated systems to detect multiple accounts linked to the same individual.
• Accurate information: You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• Account credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your sole responsibility.
• Identity verification (KYC): tk17 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 3 months), and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that have not completed KYC are subject to withdrawal restrictions.
• Account currency: All tk17 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No currency conversion is applied to bKash, Nagad, or Rocket deposits.

tk17 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being obliged to provide reasons for such refusal.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the tk17 platform are subject to the following terms. Users are responsible for understanding these terms before initiating any deposit or withdrawal.

Accepted Deposit Methods: tk17 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and selected debit cards (Visa, Mastercard). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The maximum single deposit amount may vary by payment method and will be displayed at the point of transaction.

Deposit Processing: Deposits made via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your tk17 account within sixty seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may require up to two banking hours to reflect. tk17 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available exclusively to accounts that have completed full KYC verification and have made at least one qualifying deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit on the same account.

Withdrawal Processing Times:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket: Typically within 15–60 minutes for verified accounts.
• Bank transfers: 1–3 banking days depending on the receiving institution.
• Accounts flagged for additional security review may experience delays of up to 5 business days.

Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback against a tk17 deposit constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Any account from which a chargeback is initiated will be immediately suspended pending investigation. Outstanding balances equivalent to the chargeback amount, plus any associated administrative costs, will be recovered before the account is reinstated or closed.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the tk17 platform, including sports betting, live in-play betting, casino games, live dealer tables, and crash games.

Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the tk17 system and a bet reference number has been issued to the user. Bets that are placed but not confirmed due to a technical failure, network interruption, or system error are not binding on either party. tk17 will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify users of unconfirmed bets promptly.

Odds and Prices: tk17 reserves the right to suspend markets, remove selections, and adjust odds at any time prior to bet acceptance. In the event that a manifestly erroneous price is offered due to a system error or human error, tk17 reserves the right to void all bets placed at the erroneous price and to communicate the reason for such voiding to affected users. "Manifestly erroneous" means a price so substantially different from the true market price that no reasonable operator would have intentionally offered it.

Casino Game Integrity: All casino games hosted on tk17, including slots, live dealer games, and crash games, are provided by certified third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The outcomes of these games are determined by independently audited random number generator (RNG) systems. tk17 does not alter, influence, or interfere with game outcomes in any manner.

Game Malfunction: In the event of a game malfunction or software error that affects the outcome of any casino game or sports bet, tk17 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and refund the wager amount to the user's account. No winnings will be paid in respect of a malfunctioning game session.

• Live in-play betting markets are subject to rapid price changes; accepted in-play bets are binding at the price confirmed at acceptance.
• Settlement of sports bets will be based on official results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, FIFA) within the applicable settlement timeframe.
• tk17 may impose maximum win limits on any market or game at its discretion. Where such limits apply, they will be disclosed in the relevant game or market information panel.

Bonuses & Promotions

tk17 offers a range of promotional bonuses, reload offers, free spin awards, cashback programmes, and seasonal tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published at the time of each individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements: Bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiple (e.g., 20x, 30x) will be stated clearly in the promotional offer terms.
• Eligibility: Each promotional offer specifies the eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit amount, and the timeframe within which the wagering requirement must be completed. Bets placed on excluded games do not contribute towards wagering requirements.
• One bonus per offer: Users may not claim the same promotional offer more than once, whether through one account or through multiple accounts. Bonus abuse, including the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, is treated as a prohibited conduct under Section 7.
• Expiry: Bonuses not activated within the specified claim window, and wagering requirements not completed within the specified completion window, will automatically expire without compensation.
• Modification and withdrawal: tk17 reserves the right to modify the terms of any active promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, and prize structures, or to withdraw any promotion, at any time. Where a material adverse modification is made to an already-accepted bonus, tk17 will provide notice and offer affected users the option to withdraw the bonus balance at zero wagering requirement at that point in time.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the tk17 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering or operating more than one tk17 account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials without their explicit consent.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity manipulation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets, access games, or exploit platform functionality in any manner not sanctioned by tk17.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown platform error will be void and will not be paid out.
• Collusion between two or more players to manipulate casino game outcomes, particularly in live dealer environments.
• Structuring deposits or withdrawals in a manner intended to evade anti-money laundering controls.
• Placing lay bets and back bets on the same outcome across multiple accounts to arbitrage bonuses ("bonus arbitrage" or "bonus abuse").
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or redistribute any tk17 platform content, odds data, or game engine outputs.

Account Suspension & Closure

tk17 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Request from a court, regulatory authority, or law enforcement body.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than fraud or breach, any verified balance held in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the user via their registered payment method within 14 business days, net of any applicable bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements.

Users may voluntarily close their tk17 account at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. A closed account may not be reopened unless tk17 is satisfied that the original reason for closure no longer applies.

Intellectual Property

All content on the tk17 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, data feeds, odds compilations, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of tk17 or its licensed partners and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or republishing any platform content without prior written authorisation from tk17.
• Creating derivative works based on tk17's design, game layouts, or proprietary odds data.
• Using tk17's name, logo, or branding in any public communication, social media post, or promotional material without express written consent.
• Framing or mirroring any part of the tk17 platform on any other website or application.

Game content provided by third-party studios (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their own licensing terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk17's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising from or related to the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the user into their tk17 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tk17 expressly excludes liability for the following categories of loss:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data, loss of goodwill, or reputational harm.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind.
• Losses arising from platform unavailability, scheduled maintenance, or unplanned technical outages.
• Losses attributable to third-party service failures, including but not limited to mobile network outages, payment gateway failures, or device malfunctions.

Privacy & Data

tk17 collects, stores, processes, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and is available at tk17.io/privacy-policy. By accepting this Agreement, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

Key data processing principles applied by tk17 include the following:

• Personal data is collected for specified, lawful purposes: account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, and personalised service delivery.
• Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil those purposes, or as required by applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
• tk17 does not sell personal data to third-party marketing organisations.
• Data is shared with game providers, payment processors, and identity verification partners only to the extent necessary to deliver the services described in this Agreement.
• Users have the right to request access to their personal data, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of data subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

Responsible Gaming

tk17 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We believe gambling should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment and never become a source of financial hardship or personal distress. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered users, free of charge, directly from the account settings panel:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit into your tk17 account. Limits take effect immediately when lowered and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session time reminders: Configure automatic notifications that alert you after a defined period of continuous gameplay.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from tk17 for a minimum period of 6 months or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

• Amendments will be published on the terms page at tk17.io/terms-conditions with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of the document.
• For material amendments — those that significantly alter the rights or obligations of users — tk17 will endeavour to provide at least 7 calendar days' advance notice via the registered email address on file.
• Continued use of the tk17 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the platform and close your account before the amendment takes effect.
• Minor amendments — those that clarify language, correct typographical errors, or update contact details without substantively altering user rights — may be made without prior notice.

Users are encouraged to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The current version of this document is always available at tk17.io/terms-conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. tk17 operates as a platform serving the Bangladesh market and endeavours to comply with all applicable Bangladeshi legal requirements relevant to the nature of its services.

In the event of any dispute between a user and tk17, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the tk17 support team in writing. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 calendar days of the initial written complaint, either party may pursue the dispute through formal legal channels.

tk17 does not make representations about the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction beyond Bangladesh. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws of their place of residence.
